Welcome to my blog about identity and security in the digital world. I’ve been living and working in this space since the mid 1980s and have been astonished at the massive change the internet has brought to our work, business, laws, and society. As with every technological shift in human history, the internet has challenged humanity to redefine what it means to be human. This particular shift is different because it presents the ability to change one’s identity because, unlike in the physical world, we are no longer tied to our physical bodies to define it. This presents some amazing opportunities and challenges and I look forward to exploring this with you.
